Sorry, I meant maxlength.

Concretely, maximal seven digits can be entered as value.
On second thoughts, may be regex attribute would be better. It would also permit to restrict length and furthermore to allow only digits.

MAXLENGTH is quite OK from effort perpsective. This we can prodivde for next update (not the one of today).

REGEX etc. is much more because there is much more involved. Here we would need to take a deeper look onto efforts...

For my current purpose, MAXLENGTH is absolutely sufficient!
Also delivery date is ok.
