Hi @ll,

is it possible to replace the existing "timeout page" to a customer page?
Or is there an existing function for an automatically reload to the "index" page?

Currently we implemented a "ping functionality" so that we never receive a timeout - but this is not a nice solution.

Thanks in advance for you help!

Regards
Thomas

Hi,

yes, this is possible, but before explaining details I suggest to use client parameter "reloadonsessiontimeout". If set to "true" then automatically the start page will be reloaded.

Hi,
is it possible to configure the time until the reload? Currently there is a ~4s delay.

Hi Björn,

is it possible to show directly login-screen (which will be shown after about four seconds) instead of "Session not available"-page, after a session ivalidation? If not can i define the time of redirection (currently it is about 4 seconds)?

Is it possible to trigger a refresh on client, after session gets invalid?

Best regards,

Paul
