We are currently changing our style definitions and came across the issue of different look and feel of combobox and combofield. Currently we use the Windows Look&Feel which paints a grey/brown background for non-editable combobox controls, a white background for editable combobox controls and a white background for combofield controls.
Besides the different background of the two different controls, the drop-down arrow icons are different: blue for combobox and grey/black for combofield.

We tried to change the Look&Feel to CaptainCasaLookAndFeel. This solves the issue with the different background colors, but the icons are different.

I guess you can not change the windows Look&Feel. But the CaptainCasaLookAndFeel...
Could you use the same icon for both controls, so that we can use the CC Look and Feel?

Hi Tobias,

I completely agree - COMBOBOX and COMBOFIELD should be as close as possible. We will update the icon as you propose for our CaptainCasa Look and Feel (and will make it customizable in a later step).

The reason why they are different must be some historic one...

We'll update the CaptainCasa Look and Feel accordingly, should be in next update.

Thanks! Björn
