Hi Captain,

How can I add a site footer using CC ? Also, I want to a java script code inside the footer.

...site footer? What is a difference between your "Site Footer" and a normal CaptainCasa control, that you place at the bottom of your outmost page?

Hmm, can that control trigger a javascript code ?

We just got our SSL and we want to put the McAffee secured seal on the lower part of our landing page.

The instruction is "Choose your seal, copy the javascript code, and paste it in your site footer."

Hi,

the easiest way to embed "completely own" JavaScript is by embedding it via BROWSER element or IFRAMEINCLUDE (which allows a communication between CC and your JavaScript). Please find documentation on this in "Developers Guide- RISC Addons".

Maybe is sounds a bit over-engineered to open up some iframe for this purposes, but this is at least the best level of isolation.
