Hello Björn,

since yesterday we are using your OpenStreetMap control to display geographical data in our application and our users really like the new control.

But something is missing for complete happiness of our users. A tooltip on osmviewerwaypoint would be great.

Could you please add this feature in one of your next releases?

By the way:
As tooltip we want to display a complete address with
Name (newline)
Street (newline)
Zipcode and City

So we would need a multi-line text as tooltip, where we can control the line break by using \n (or something else) within the tooltip string.

Do you think a multi-line text as tooltip is possible to implement?

May be other forum members are also interested in this feature.

Regards
Joachim

Hi,

single line tooltip is no problem + will be added short term. (Next update, if this weekend is not too sunny...)

Multi line tooltip: it's a shame that this is not supported by the default tooltip, we'll check...

Hi,

shame on me...! - >ou can pass HTML into the tooltip "everywhere", you just have to define "<html>...</html>" as tooltip.

Hi Björn,

that sounds fantastic.

But do not forget:
Even if it is sunny outside, be aware of the radioactivity coming from japan.

Better stay inside and implement more features.

Have a nice weekend.
